Hi, I’m Beth, and I love helping women get stronger and
improving their overall well-being. I’ve
been passionate about health and fitness for most of my entire life and
fortunately before I retired from a career in corporate American, Jennifer
encouraged me to get my personal trainers certification.
I’m now able to share my passion at THINK with women in our community. I first started training with Jennifer when I needed accountability with my own strength training. It wasn’t long before I saw not only physical results, but the real benefit becoming stronger was making in my life. With my increased confidence I decided to go back to school to become a physical therapist assistant. When I’m not training clients or studying I enjoy being active outdoors, hiking, running, cycling, snow skiing and paddle boarding.
